While some people claim that it is impossible to judge with Islamic rules, others accuse the ones who do not judge with Islamic rules of blasphemy. How can we find the moderate way?
While some people claim that it is impossible to judge with Islamic rules, some others accuse the ones who do not judge with Islamic rules of blasphemy, without heeding their intentions. One of these is in exaggeration, the other in oversimplification. In other words, both of them out of the limits, and go astray from the truth.
Let us begin with the first mistake. There is a well-known principle: If something is stable, it is so with all its requirements. There are fingers with the hand; you cannot think hand without fingers. And you cannot benefit from such a hand.

Eyes cannot be separated from the face. A face without eyes is missing a very important part. And the white of the eye cannot be separated from the dark part of it. Fingers are the requirements of the hand; eyes of the face; and pupil of the eye. If you separate them from one another, you cannot expect any benefit from them. Islamic rules and judgments are just like that.
They must be taken as a whole. And only by this way, can they bring about the progress of the individual and the community, and lead to peace and bliss.
In a community in which the basic principles of Islam are neglected, personal and domestic lives are based on wrong principles, only ordinary treatments and the application of criminal laws would not help much. Alternatively, it may not be possible to apply these rules to such a community. Even if it were, many people would fall into an opinion contrary to Islam by complying with them without believing and unwillingly. They see Muslim, but live as an enemy of Islam.
Under these circumstances, it cannot be claimed that Islamic rules fail to discipline humans. The failure is not in the rule, but in the constitution, in the structure of the community.

It is unjust to immediately call someone who does not practice Islam, does not or cannot decide according to it, blasphemous; because faith is contrary to blasphemy. If someone judges and acts contrary to Islam, he must do it denying Islam so that he enters blasphemy.

Otherwise, it is sin and rebellion that he is in, not blasphemy. As in faith, there is also need for intention and will in blasphemy. One can enters blasphemy only if he says, Yes, the judgment of Islam is that, but I deny it and act this way.
If he doesnt have such an intention and will, and if the mistake he makes, the false judgment he arrives at stem only from his ignorance or weakness of will and if he knows that the thing he does is wrong; it is not possible to call him blasphemous according to the Ahl-i Sunnah-close followers of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
This can only be maintained by the Hariji, which says that the performer of a big sin is blasphemous; or by the Mutazila, which says that such a person will be in a place between faith and blasphemy. And all the learned of Ahl-i Sunnah agree that they have strayed from the right path.
We must be attentive; there is the danger of straying unconsciously, with the supposition that we are defending it.
