I hate my job - I can't practice my religion!

Zubeyir has "religious duties" that he can't do properly in his current job. So he wants to change his job so that he can do them properly. However, he likes his current job and Zack doesn't think he should change his job.

Maybe we are making our religion "secular" by dividing our life into religious matters and worldly/professional matters? Can they both be "religious duties"?
