No matter why he does it, there is no problem in sucking his wife’s breasts for a man and it will not cause any trouble with the marriage life. It is not a sin.
Sucking or drinking milk from the breast of a woman is not enough for being a wet nurse or nursling. The person must be under the age of two in order to be a nursling. Thus, it is not possible for a man to become a nursling when he sucks her wife’s breast.
A husband can satisfy himself by touching and kissing her wife's breasts. This is permissible.
We can say that what the spouses do to prepare themselves for the sexual intercourse like licking, caressing, kissing touching various places with hands or lips are not regarded as haram.
