Some employees get doctors certificates for being ill while they are fine and get busy with their private works. Is it possible to say that they deserve the payment of the day they do not work?

If a worker or an official who works in return for money, gets a doctors certificate for being ill to get busy with his private works and does not go to work, he will not deserve the payment of those days. That would be an unjust demand.

We should understand that employees must not be away from their jobs by getting false doctors certificates; if someone has an excuse, he should prefer to have a leave of absence.

Both the employee who is not really ill gets a doctors certificate and does not deserve the payment and the doctor who gives the doctors certificate to a person who is not really ill will become responsible.

When the head imam of Sulaymaniya Mosque, the deceased Sadık Effendi, missed to lead a prayer, he found out about the person who led the prayer while he was away and gave that person some money and saying, this is the money for your work, take it and save me from the injustice of having the payment of the job that I really did not do or grant it to me.

The imams refusal to receive the money for the prayer that he did not lead just like the official or the workers refusal to have the payment for the work he did not do.
