Is the meat halal if it is not slaughtered by the name of Allah?
A Brief Description of the Question:
is the meat other than pork hALAL if it is just slaughtered but the name of Allah is not said while slaughtering, though it is slaughtered in proper way?
The Answer:
If the butcher ignores reciting Basmala deliberately then it is not permissible to eat from that animal. However if he forgets having recited Basmala then it is permissible to eat from that animal.
