A Brief Description of the Question:
I have to give commission to Customer´s insiders working, so as to get the deal....Even though our´s is the lowest quote.....Or else I would not get the order...Please advise whether this is halaal or haraam..In today´s business world, without giving kickbacks, it is impossible to get any deals. Business is literally impossible without kickbacks gifts...But at least we make sure that our´s is the lowest bid for the customer..or that's what they say...Please advise on this..... What can be done.
The Answer:
- It is permissible to sell your goods by paying commission to brokers who are good at the trade.
- The point to take into consideration is to avoid words, advertisements and lies that will deceive customers. If you do so, you will be held responsible.
